September In Friesland - N Holland - recording choir. Working at Chisholme Institute, also doing sound for Eric Bogle's last gig in Britain - hometown gig, in Peebles. Working with Barbara Dickson at Linlithgow Folk Festival - great support from Duncan McRone with Cy Jack and Stevie Lawrence! Working for Lord Dowding Memorial Service in Moffat, with a Spitfire fly past amazing!!!!

October Working with TMSA Young Trad Tour, semi-finals of Young Trad 2010 in Coulter, Moniaive Bluegrass Festival, World Peace Concert in Dumfries - new venue DG One. Mixing Eric Bogle gig, mixing Dutch Choir Rolling Home, PA and recording Ferral Choir. More Young Trad Tour gigs. On tour in Germany with Other Roads.

January. Mixing down various recording jobs from last month. Working with Rock Radio 96.3 from The Garage Glasgow for their first birthday party.. Good fun - nine different rock bands, including Sensational Alex Harvey Band, The Almighty and Gun. Due to be broadcast in Feb

Working for BBC Radio Scotland live broadcasts from Pacific Quay - nine in two weeks! Including Heidi Talbot, Session A9, Luka Bloom, June Tabor, Guy Davies, Cran, Emily Smith, Julie Fowlis, Sensational Mary Barclay Band, Karine Polwart, Duncan McCrone, Fribo and more...........Also working for BBC Radio Aberdeen doing live sound for the Take the Floor live broadcast.

Proving only 1 in 4 actually work at the BBC!!!!!

February Working for RSAMD, Deaf Shepherd at Stirling Folk Club, great gig with Martin Taylor in Monave's Marquee Club, working with BBC Radio Aberdeen for Take the Floor and a bit of mixing in the studio.......

March Finishing some studio projects, working with Figure 5 in Cowdenbeath, the Johnny Cash Story in Rutherglen Town Hall, the John Wright Memorial concert in Holland.

April A fantastic Glenfarg with Malinky, Steve Tilston and more! Recording for Borders Council.

May Moniave Folk Fest with Altan, Moishes Bagel,Bellevue Rendezvous, Paul McKena Band, Omega 3 What a great weekend. Weather was good too. Working with Fairport Convention in Stirling..Mixing Bellvue Rendezvous for their DVD. Orkney folk fest - what a gig with The Chair on Sat night!! Bellevue Rendezvous, and Moishes Bagel in great form too. Fantastic weekend of sold out concerts - Solas, Crooked Still, Anie Grace, Karine Polwart and Corrina Hewitt, Martin Simpson and many more!!! Great atmosphere and music.

June Working with flamenco wizard Juan Martin in Rutherglen Town Hall, recording for Borders Council.Working for RSAMD harp concert. Mick West Band in Adelaides - great gig but not sold out. Shame. They really missed out on a fantastic night.We recorded it for Living Tradition, so you can catch it later. Mixing down recordings for Borders Council, out on tour with RSAMD. On tour with Giveway - fun time! - and Bodega - more fun! More recording for Scottish Border's Region.

July Working with Footstompin's Summer School in Lanark, Kris off to Uist for one gig, meanwhile my gig with Bellevue Rendezvous was cancelled in Wales due to the weather... Recording blues supremo Dave Dick in studio, also Tom Clelland and Robin Laing.

August Summer Schools with Living Tradition. Technology week in our studio. Working with Deaf Shepherd at the Acoustic Music Centre in Edinburgh.Moniaive Guitar Festival with our new rig....... Recording........ and providing our new PA rig for with Blazing Fiddles in Strathdon

September Recording in studio, John Wright Benefit Concert in The Journal Theatre in Newcastle. On tour with TMSA Young Trad across Scotland - new rig sounding great!!!!

April Doing sound at Glasgow Film Theatre for The Island Tapes - live music to restored vintage film from Scotland and St Kilda.. Fascinating stuff!

June On tour with 2nd year of RSAMD in Wales and Scotland. On tour of Highlands with Sorley MacLean Trust - excellent show with great singers and musicians. On tour - and recording - Burns & Rivers project - round the Borders and Aberdeenshire.

We did the live sound for final live show from the Concert Hall in the old BBC building in Glasgow, before the move to Pacific Quay.

July Lossie Festival - busy as usual, lots of recording, Lomond Festival - great gig from Malinky,

August .Working with the BBC doing a live broadcast from Belladrum festival. (Vic Galloway and the Radio Cafe). Working for Common Ground Scotland and the Summer Schools at Glaisnock with Living Tradition.

One of the Common Ground festivals. Ian - playing at being Igor again, myself and Graham at the Scottish National Folk Fest at Auchencruive. Walt Michael et al onstage!

September Various recording projects in the studio. On tour with TMSA Young Trad musicians, and recording them for new CD. I left for tour in Germany with John Wright - Kris finishing TMSA tour.......Kris busy doing semi-finals of Young Trad and Biggar Little Festival with Old Blind Dogs.

October Finishing German tour......Kris finishing recording of TMSA .Working at RSAMD Feish and recording final night for the BBC.

November Dutch tour went well - sellout concerts.

Kris busy mixing down TMSA tour and some more recording projects for DGAA and North Lanarkshire Council.

December Back from Holland, various PA Hires and recording, working with BBC for Hogmanay Radio Scotland show from the new building at Pacific Quay.
